This is where YUNO will rise
The first intervention on the site has brought a new clarity to the space.

Construction at YUNO continues to move forward, with the project now entering a new phase: the installation of the retaining walls for the underground levels.
As part of the earthworks and the initial foundation works, the retaining walls that will define and protect the building’s underground structure are now being constructed. This is a key stage in the process, creating the conditions required for the continuation of construction both below and above ground level.
These retaining walls are designed to support the surrounding ground throughout the excavation works and provide the stability required for the construction of the remaining floors. They also help to control any potential ground movement.
Although this stage is less visible to those following the progress of the development, its importance cannot be overstated. It is during this phase that the space for the project’s underground levels is prepared, ensuring that the next stages of construction can proceed safely and accurately.

Preparation for the underground levels
The retaining walls are built in carefully planned phases and require continuous technical supervision. Geometric precision, strict control of construction processes and ongoing ground monitoring are all essential to ensuring the quality of the build and the long-term performance of the structure.
With this latest milestone now underway, YUNO continues to make steady progress while maintaining the high standards of quality, safety and precision that define every stage of the project.
