YUNO: Homes that adapt to your rhythm
At YUNO, every choice was inspired by the real lives of future residents.

There are phases in a project’s construction that are more discreet, yet they underpin everything else. These are developments that happen below ground level, but in reality, they are the first visible sign that YUNO is becoming a reality.
At the moment, the site is being worked with rigour and precision. The ground has been excavated and shaped to receive what comes next. A process we call earthworks, which, in practice, means that YUNO is carving out its own place in the world. The right level, the right space, the right foundation.
At the same time, the foundations are beginning to take shape. This is where the promise of the project is anchored. Invisible in the end, they are what ensure that everything we build above – every floor, every apartment, every moment of life – remains solid and stable over time.

Retaining walls are also being built, and peripheral containment micropiles are being installed. We are securing the ground, ensuring that YUNO’s boundaries are solid, and preparing the project to grow safely.
This is a discreet phase. There are no walls rising yet, no lines reshaping the landscape. But it is precisely now that the quality of everything that follows is determined.
YUNO is taking root. And when the roots are strong, what grows above has no limits.
